Coordinate the visit before we arrive
Tell Ink Mark the document type, number of signers, location and preferred appointment time. Discuss the identification available, any witness arrangements and the facility’s visitor requirements. We will also discuss the signer’s participation and the requirements for the requested notarization.
Provide an arrival contact and access instructions when appropriate. This helps avoid an unnecessary trip or a visit that cannot proceed because essential details are missing.

Appointments may involve eligible powers of attorney, healthcare directives, affidavits or other personal documents. Yes, by arrangement. Confirm the visitor process and any access restrictions with the facility so the visit can be coordinated.
